[1]The Claimant’s claim for breach of contract is well-founded and succeeds. The Respondent shall pay to the Claimant unpaid notice pay of £800 gross.[2]The Claimant’s claim for unlawful deductions from wages is well-founded and succeeds in part. The Respondent shall pay to the Claimant the sum of £88.12, such consisting of £75 for various expenses and £13.12 for reimbursement of vehicle insurance premiums[3]The Claimant’s claims for unpaid wages and holiday pay are not well-founded and are dismissed.
