[1]The claim of unfair dismissal and all claims relating to disability discrimination were presented out of time.[2]It was reasonably practicable to present the claim of unfair dismissal in time.[3]It is not just and equitable to extend time with regard to the disability discrimination claims.[4]In the absence of the claimant at this hearing, the claims have not been actively pursued.[5]Consequently, the Tribunal has no jurisdiction to hear the complaints presented to the Tribunal by the claimant and they are all hereby dismissed.
