EMPLOYMENT TRIBUNALS
Case No 2402428/2020
Mr A MacKieClaimantBFS Group LimitedRespondent
Employment Judge HolmesDate 29 January 2021

JUDGMENT

The claims are struck out because the claimant failed to attend, or be represented at the hearing on 27 August 2020, and the claims have not been actively pursued.

REASONS

[1]Having failed to attend or be represented at the hearing on 27 August 202o, the Tribunal, in its Orders sent to the parties on 1 October 2020, warned the claimant that if he did not provide a satisfactory explanation for his non – attendance, by 18 September 2020, his claims would be struck out, either under rule 47, or rule 37.[2]The claimant has failed to make any representations to the Tribunal at all, and hence has not provided any explanation, and has not pursued his claims. The claims are therefore struck out pursuant to rules 47 and 37 of the 2013 rules of procedure.[3]The hearing fixed for 27-29 September 2021 will not take place.
