Employment Tribunals Rules of Procedure 2013 – Rule 21[1]The claimant is entitled to a redundancy payment of £12,192.00[2]The respondent made an unlawful deduction from the claimant's wages and is ordered to pay the claimant the gross sums of £2,166.68 and £947.97, a total of £3141.65, subject to such deductions as it is required to make for tax and national insurance.[3]The respondent breached the claimant’s contract by failing to give notice of termination and is ordered to pay damages in the gross sum of £6,500.04 subject to such deductions as it is required to make for tax and national insurance.[4]The respondent failed to pay the claimant’s accrued holiday pay entitlement and is ordered to pay him the gross sum of £541.67 subject to such deductions as it is required to make for tax and national insurance.[5]The respondent made an unlawful deduction of wages in not paying the claimant’s bonus and is ordered to pay him the gross sum of £50.00 subject to such deductions as it is required to make for tax and national insurance.[6]The hearing listed on Monday, 8 July 2019 is cancelled.
