Graham (Manager) JUDGMENT The judgment of the Tribunal is:[1]The respondent failed to pay holiday pay due to the claimant upon termination of employment and is ordered to pay to the claimant in respect thereof the sum of £90.63 subject to deduction of tax and National Insurance;[2]The respondent breached the claimant’s contract of employment with regard to notice of termination and is ordered to pay to the claimant the sum of £250 subject to deduction of tax and National Insurance;[3]The respondent failed to provide the claimant with a written statement of employment particulars within eight weeks of commencement of employment and is ordered to pay to the claimant two week’s net pay in the sum of £478.[4]In consequence of the above the respondent shall pay to the claimant £818.63 subject to tax and National Insurance deductions in respect of the holiday pay and notice pay elements.
