JUDGMENT AND REASONS The claimant has not paid the Deposit Order ordered by Employment Judge Tobin and sent to the parties on 16 September 2024 therefore the allegations or arguments or claims identified at paragraphs 4.2, 4.3 and 4.4 of the case management summary are struck out, pursuant to Rule 39(4) Employment Tribunal Rules of Procedure 2013. This means that all proceedings other than the claimant’s claims of unlawful deduction of wages (as identified at paragraph 4.6) have now been dismissed.
