JUDGMENT
[1]There was a transfer of undertaking between the first and second respondent that took place on 25 August 2023.[2]The claimant’s employment transferred to the second respondent. The second respondent was the claimant’s employer at the time that her contract of employment had concluded.[3]The claim against the first respondent is dismissed.[4]In respect of the equal pay claim against the second respondent, any reference to a claim for equal pay for like work has been dismissed on withdrawal. This does not affect the equal pay claim that is being brought on work being of equal value.
