JUDGMENT

[1]The claimant's claim that she was automatically unfairly dismissed for asserting a statutory right (requesting payslips) is not well-founded and fails.[2]The claimant was an employee. Her claim for failure to pay accrued but untaken holidays on termination of employment is well-founded and succeeds, and I order the respondent to pay the claimant £270.93. (33 hours x £8.21)[3]The claimant's claim for unpaid wages succeeds in part and I order the respondent to pay the claimant £106.73 (13 hours x £8.21) and £113.10 (£94.25 plus £18.85 statutory sick pay).[4]The claimant’s claim for notice pay succeeds and I order the respondent to pay the claimant one week’s pay in the sum of £213.46 (26 hours x £8.21).[5]The failed to provide the claimant with written particulars of employment and I order the respondent to pay the claimant two weeks’ pay in the sum of £426.92.[6]The total amount payable by the respondent to the claimant within 14 days of the date of this Judgment is £1,131.14.
