JUDGMENT

[1]The respondent made unauthorised deductions from the claimants’ wages.[2]The respondent breached the claimants’ contracts of employment with regard to remuneration, specifically the payment of bonuses and commissions.[3]The first and third claimants were constructively unfairly dismissed by the respondent on 15 April 2016.[4]As the parties were not in a position to proceed with a remedy hearing, consideration of remedy is adjourned to a date to be set.
