Miss D Povey v Barbers No 1 Warrington Ltd: 2402345/2020
JUDGMENT
FOR THE TRIBUNAL OFFICE Note Reasons for the judgment having been given orally at the hearing, written reasons will not be provided unless a request was made by either party at the hearing or a written request is presented by either party within 14 days of the sending of this written record of the decision.REASONS
[1]By a letter dated 15 January 2021 the Tribunal gave the claimant an opportunity to make representations or to request a hearing, as to why the complaint of disability discrimination should not be struck out because• it has no reasonable prospect of success.[2]The claimant has failed to make representations in writing why this should not be done or to request a hearing. The complaint of disability discrimination is therefore struck out.[3]The claimant’s remaining claim of unlawful deduction from wages will now be listed for a hearing and separate case management orders made.
