Employment Tribunals Rules of Procedure 2013 – Rule 21[1]The respondent has made an unauthorised deduction from the claimant's wages and (when deductions identified by the claimant as those which the company was entitled to make have been taken into account) is ordered to pay the claimant the gross sum of £9,588.09.[2]The claimant was not paid expenses in breach of contract and the respondent is ordered to pay damages to the claimant in the sum of £41.34.[3]The respondent has failed to pay the claimant’s holiday entitlement and is ordered to pay the claimant the gross sum of £6,346.15.
