[1]By consent the claimant’s complaint of unlawful deduction of wages succeeds and the respondent agrees to pay to the claimant the sum of £3,600 (three thousand six hundred pounds) less lawful deductions as ordered within 21- days.[2]The claimant withdraws her complaint of automatic unfair dismissal brought under section 100 of the Employment Rights Act 1996, which is dismissed.[3]The claimant withdraws her claim for accrued unpaid holidays brought under the Wages Act, which is dismissed.
