[1]All disability discrimination complaints in this case are found not to succeed and are dismissed. These are all the allegations brought as harassment related to disability, direct disability discrimination, a failure by the respondent in its duty to make reasonable adjustments and discrimination arising from disability.[2]The claim of victimisation does not succeed and is dismissed.[3]The claimant was found not to have been constructively dismissed. The claims of unfair (constructive) dismissal and wrongful dismissal are dismissed.
