[1]By strike out warning sent to the claimant on 3 September 2020 the Tribunal gave the claimant an opportunity to make representations or to request a hearing by 17 September 2020, as to why the claim should not be struck out because• the manner in which the proceedings have been conducted by or on behalf of the claimant has been scandalous, unreasonable or vexatious;• the claimant had not complied with the Orders of the Tribunal dated 5 June, 18 July and 19 August 2020 and the strike out warning dated 3 September• it has not been actively pursued.[2]The claimant has failed to make representations in writing, or has failed to make any sufficient representations, why this should not be done or to request a hearing.
