JUDGMENT

Employment Tribunals Rules of Procedure 2013 – Rule 21[1]The claimants were dismissed in breach of contract in respect of notice and the respondent is ordered to pay damages:1.1 to Mr. Fletcher the sum of £3,000, subject to deductions of tax and National Insurance.1.2 to Mr. Swale the sum of £3,000, subject to deductions of tax and National Insurance.[2]The claimants were dismissed by reason of redundancy and are entitled to redundancy payments. The respondent is ordered to make redundancy payments:2.1 of £3,000 to Mr. Fletcher.2.2 of £3,875 to Mr. Swale.[3]The respondent has failed to pay Mr. Fletcher holiday entitlement and is ordered to pay him the sum of £1,202.68.[4]The hearing listed on 24th June 2019 is cancelled.
