JUDGMENT
[1]The claims of the claimant are struck out on the grounds that they were presented after the end of the period of three months beginning with the effective date of termination, extended where appropriate, by Early Conciliation.[2]If the Tribunal was wrong to make that Judgment, the claims of the claimant are struck out on the grounds that the claims of the claimant were presented outside such further period that the Tribunal considered reasonable. The Judgment of the Tribunal is that it would have been reasonable for the claims of the claimant to have been presented on or before 7 April 2019.[3]The claims of the claimant are struck out on the grounds that they have no reasonable prospects of success.
