JUDGMENT
[1]The claim of unfair dismissal is well-founded.[2]The respondent is ordered to pay to the claimant compensation for unfair dismissal in the sum of £12,893.00 comprised as follows:a. Basic Award in the sum of £2,493.00; andb. Compensatory award in the sum of £10,400.00[3]The recoupment regulations do not apply.[4]The claim of indirect sex discrimination is well-founded.[5]The respondent is ordered to pay to the claimant compensation in the additional sum of £20,000.00 for injury to feelings as claimed.[6]The respondent made an unlawful deduction from wages by failing to pay to the claimant wages from 25 September 2018 to the date of termination of employment on 7 December 2018.[7]The respondent is ordered to pay to the claimant the further additional sum of £1,662.00 gross, being the amount of wages deducted for that six week period
