L Conway v Tesco Stores Ltd: 2402195/2022
JUDGMENT
The claim is struck out.REASONS
[1]By a letter dated 27 June 2022 the Tribunal gave the claimant an opportunity to make representations or to request a hearing, as to why the claim should not be struck out because• it is scandalous or vexatious (in the sense that it is being pursued for some improper motive, to cause disruption or without any expectation of success).• the claimant had not complied with the Order of the Tribunal dated 27 June 2022.[2]The claimant has failed to make representations in writing, or has failed to make any sufficient representations, why this should not be done or to request a hearing. The claim is therefore struck out.[3]The hearings fixed for 31 August 2022 and 03,04,05 January 2023 will not take place.
