JUDGMENT

The judgment of the Tribunal is that:(1) The claimant failed to present his claim form in time in accordance with the time limits provided by sections 111 and 207B Employment Rights Act 1996.

(2) It was reasonably practicable for the claimant to present his claim form within those time limits and no extension of time is appropriate in accordance with section 111 Employment Rights Act 1996.

(3) Accordingly, the claim is dismissed because the claim was not presented in time and the Tribunal does not have jurisdiction to hear the claim.

(4) The final hearing listed to take place on 14 December 2022 will now be cancelled.
