JUDGMENT
At all times material to this claim the claimant had a disability within the definition set out at section 6(1) of the Equality Act 2010 by reason of a physical impairment, namely Erb’s Palsy.REASONS
[1]The respondent company has been dissolved and the claimant has not applied to have it restored to the Register of Companies.[2]By a letter of 3 August 2021 the Tribunal gave the claimant an opportunity to make representations, as to why the claim should not be struck out because it has not been actively pursued. The claimant has failed to give an acceptable reason.[3]The claim is therefore struck out.
