JUDGMENT
[1]The claimant’s claim for notice pay is well founded and succeeds. The respondent is ordered to pay to the claimant, within 28 days of the date of this judgment, compensation in the amount of £807.65 representing one week’s gross notice pay.[2]The claimant’s claim that there was an unlawful deduction from her wages for November and December 2022 is well founded and succeeds. The respondent is ordered to pay to the claimant, within 28 days of the date of this judgment, compensation in the amount of £3,364.82 representing her full gross pay of £2,574.91 for December 2022 and £789.91 gross pay for part of November 2022.[3]The claimant’s claim of unfair dismissal is dismissed. The claimant did not have the required two years’ of continuous service to make a claim of unfair dismissal.
