JUDGMENT
[1]The complaint of unauthorised deductions from wages is well-founded. The respondent made an unauthorised deduction from the claimant's wages in the period November 2023 when the claimant was not paid her wages.[2]The respondent shall pay the claimant £1,708.76, which is one month’s wages (net). Holiday Pay[3]The complaint in respect of holiday pay is well-founded. The respondent made an unauthorised deduction from the claimant's wages by failing to pay the claimant for 8 days holidays accrued but not taken on the date the claimant’s employment ended.[4]The respondent shall pay the claimant £800 (8 x £100 daily rate of pay, gross) TOTAL[5]The total sum of £2,508.76 is payable by the respondent to the claimant within 14 days of the date of this Judgment.
