JUDGMENT

[1]The name of the respondent is amended to 15405172 Limited.[2]The claimant was a disabled person by reason of ADHD and Autism at the relevant time.[3]The complaint of direct disability discrimination in respect of the claimant’s dismissal is well founded and succeeds.[4]The complaint of direct age discrimination is well founded and succeeds.[5]The complaint of harassment related to age is well founded and succeeds.[6]The respondent shall pay the claimant the sum of £6500 as compensation for injury to feelings (to include interest calculated in accordance with the Employment Tribunals (Interest on Awards in Discrimination Cases) Regulations 1996:[7]The complaints of a failure by the respondent in its duty to make reasonable adjustments and of harassment related to disability are not well founded and are dismissed.
