JUDGMENT
[1]By consent of the claimant the third respondent is dismissed from these proceedings as having no interest therein.[2]The claimant's claim that the respondents made unauthorised deductions from his wages and/or breached his contract in that they failed to pay him pension contributions is dismissed on having been withdrawn by the claimant.[3]The claimant's claim that the respondents failed to pay to him holiday pay that was due is amended, by consent of the respondents, to include an alleged continuing such failure to 31 July 2019.
