JUDGMENT

[1]The respondent accepted that, with respect to heart disease, the claimant had a disability at the relevant time, within the meaning of section 6 of the Equality Act 2010. This addressed the following conditions relied upon by the claimant: ischemic heart disease; triple vessel disease; and left ventricular disfunction;[2]The claimant confirmed that he was not relying upon hyperthyroidism as a separate disability;[3]The tribunal found that, in respect of depression and affective disorder, the claimant had a disability at the relevant time, within the meaning of section 6 of the Equality Act 2010.
