Miss C Miraflores v Mr and Mrs Riyad Marhez: 2402064/2019
JUDGMENT
The complaint of Unfair Dismissal is struck out.REASONS
[1]By a letter dated 8 March 2019 the Tribunal gave the claimant an opportunity to make representations or to request a hearing, as to why the complaint of Unfair Dismissal should not be struck out because she lacks two years’ qualifying service to entitle her to present a claim for unfair dismissal.[2]The claimant has failed to make representations in writing, or has failed to make any sufficient representations, why this should not be done. The complaint of unfair dismissal is therefore struck out.[3]The claimant’s remaining claims remain listed for hearing on 15 July 2019 Case No:2402064/2019 Employment Judge Holmes Date: 18 April 2019[1]The respondents have made an unauthorised deduction from the claimant’s wages and are ordered to pay the claimant the net sum of £3,612.00.[2]The respondents, in breach of contract, have failed to pay certain expenses to the claimant and are ordered to pay damages to the claimant in the sum of £150.00.
