JUDGMENT
The judgment of the Tribunal is that the claimant’s following claims succeed and the respondent shall pay to the claimant the sums awarded below, namely:[1]The respondent made unauthorised deductions from the claimant's wages in the gross sum of £3,923.03 which shall be paid by the respondent to the claimant subject to tax and national insurance deductions.[2]The respondent failed to pay to the claimant holiday pay due to her on termination of her employment and the respondent shall pay to the claimant the sum of £1,038.47 subject to deduction of tax and national insurance.[3]The respondent breached the claimant's contract with regard to the payment of expenses and shall pay to the claimant the sum of £972.71.[4]In consequence of the above the respondent shall pay to the claimant the sum of £5,934.21 subject to the above deductions as appropriate.
