JUDGMENT

The judgment of the Tribunal in relation to the issue as to what claims the claimant can bring is as follows:[1]The claimant's claims which will be dealt with by the Tribunal in July 2020 are those set out in Schedule 1 of Employment Judge Horne’s minute dated 29 May 2019, together with the harassment claims which are set out in an email attachment dated 19 June 2019 contained in paragraphs 1 (subparagraphs 1.1, 1.2-1.21, 1.22, 1.23, 1.24, 1.25 and 1.26), 2 and 3.[2]The “proposed” amendment in Schedule 2 of Employment Judge Horne’s minute is not part of the claimant's case and I refuse to allow that amendment on the basis that it has been made out of time and it is not, in these circumstances, just and equitable to extend time.
