JUDGMENT
Employment Tribunals Rules of Procedure 2013 – Rule 21[1]The respondent has made unauthorised deductions from the claimant's wages for the period between 23 December 2016 and 27 February 2017 and is ordered to pay the claimant the gross sum of £5,625.00 unlawfully deducted, together with the sum of £375.00 to compensate the claimant for financial loss because of rent arrears attributable to the unlawful deductions, making a total award of £6,000.00.[2]The claimant was dismissed in breach of contract in respect of notice and the respondent is ordered to pay damages to the claimant in the sum of £267.00 equivalent to one week’s net pay.[3]The respondent has failed to pay the claimant’s holiday entitlement and is ordered to pay the claimant the gross sum of £300.00 representing one week of accrued but untaken annual leave.
