The Employment Judge has decided that a determination can properly be made of the claim, in accordance with rule 21 of the Rules of Procedure.[2]The respondent has failed to pay the claimant’s holiday entitlement and is ordered to pay the claimant the sum of £4,800.00 (282.4 statutory holiday hours accrued over the period from 4 July 2020 to 6 October 2021 x £17.00 per hour).[3]The hearing listed on 18 November 2022 is cancelled.
