All complaints in these proceedings are dismissed on withdrawal by the claimants save for the complaints of unlawful deductions from pay and/or a breach of the Working Time Regulations 1998 founded on the proposition that the respondents failed to take account of all the elements of normal remuneration when calculating holiday pay.
