JUDGMENT

[1]Leave is granted to amend the name of the Respondent to the correct name: Huntsmere Projects Limited.[2]The claimant's claim for breach of contract in relation to payment during his notice period is well founded and I order the respondent to pay the claimant the sum of £1,629.40 gross for the period 1st to 12th January 2017 within 14 days of the date of this judgment.[3]The claimant's claim for breach of contract with regard to expenses is well founded and I order the respondent to pay the claimant the sum of £255 within 14 days of the date of this judgment.[4]The claimant's claim for bonus is not well founded and does not succeed.[5]The claimant's claim for pension contributions is not well founded and does not succeed.[6]I order the respondent to pay the claimant the issue fee of £160 and the hearing fee of £230 within 14 days of the date of this judgment. Counter Claim[7]The respondent's counter claims for £3,000 damages for the cost of an agency charge for an employee to replace the claimant, for £350 for damage to a company vehicle and £2,903.84 in respect of making hire payments for a company vehicle are not well founded and do not succeed.
