JUDGMENT

[1]The claimant's claim for unlawful deduction from wages is well-founded and I order the respondent to pay the claimant £362.93.[2]The claimant is entitled to a redundancy payment and I order the respondent to pay the claimant £720.[3]The respondent failed to pay the claimant notice pay and I order the respondent to pay the claimant damages in the sum of £720.[4]The respondent failed to give the claimant holidays and I order the respondent to pay the claimant for accrued but untaken holidays on the termination of employment in the sum of £2,146.50.[5]The claimant is entitled to payment in respect of the issue fee of £160 and I order the respondent to pay the claimant that sum.[6]Therefore the total sum payable by the respondent to the claimant within seven days of the date of this judgment is £4,109.43.
