JUDGMENT
[1]The claims of the Claimants in Appendix 1 of unauthorised deductions of wages (holiday pay) are well-founded and succeed.[2]The Respondent shall pay to the Claimants in Appendix 1 the sums set out in Appendix 1 in respect of holiday pay less any required deductions for tax and national insurance.[3]The claims of the 6 Claimants in Appendix 2 are dismissed upon withdrawal.[4]The duplicate claims of Mrs Michelle Binstead (2402085/2020) and Mrs JuneMarie Murray (2401997/2020) are dismissed upon withdrawal.[5]The Claimants’ alternative claims under Regulation 30 of the Working Time Regulations 1998 are dismissed upon withdrawal. Upon no evidence being presented by the Claimants:[6]The claims of the 9 Claimants in Appendix 3 are not well founded and are dismissed.
