JUDGMENT
[1]The claimant was not subjected to a detriment by the respondent due to a protected act. The claim for victimisation under section 27 of the Equality Act 2010 does not succeed and is dismissed.[2]The claimant did not terminate her contract of employment with the respondent in circumstances in which she was entitled to terminate it without notice by reason of the respondent’s conduct and therefore she was not dismissed within the meaning given in section 95 of the Employment Rights Act 1996.
