JUDGMENT
[1]The claimant’s claims for payment in lieu of accrued but untaken holidays, notice pay and redundancy pay, having been paid by the respondent are dismissed on withdrawal by the claimant, her consent having been given to this course of action.[2]The claimant's other claims are unaffected by this Judgment and will continue to a part-heard preliminary hearing on time limits at 9.30 for 10am on 14 January 2021 (in person) at Manchester Employment Tribunal, Alexandra House, 18-22 Parsonage, Manchester M3 2JA.
