Employment Tribunals Rules of Procedure 2013 – Rule 21[1]The claimants’ complaints under section 189 of the Trade Union and Labour Relations (Consolidation) Act 1992 of a failure by the respondent to comply with the requirements of sections 188 and 188A of the 1992 Act are well founded.[2]The respondent is ordered to pay to the claimants by way of protective award under section 189(3) of the 1992 Act remuneration for the period of 90 days beginning on 13 January 2017.[3]The respondent is ordered to pay costs to the claimants under rule 75(1)(b) in the sum of £1000 in respect of the issue fee paid by the claimants in these proceedings.[4]The hearing listed on 9 June 2017 is cancelled.
