JUDGMENT
[1]The respondent is ordered to pay to the claimant compensation of £9450.40 for unfair dismissal. The Recoupment Regulations do not apply to this award.[2]The respondent is ordered to pay to the claimant compensation of £9900 for the complaints of detriment on the grounds of making protected disclosures upheld by the tribunal in its judgment on liability sent to the parties on 18 January 2017.[3]The respondent is ordered to pay to the claimant damages of £8320 for breach of contract.[4]The respondent is ordered to pay to the claimant £1000 as a contribution to costs and £1200 in respect of tribunal fees paid on behalf of the claimant.
