JUDGMENT
[1]The respondent failed to pay the claimant for his untaken annual leave on the termination of employment.[2]The respondent is accordingly ordered to pay the claimant £485.87 in holiday pay.[3]This paragraph relates to the claimant’s request for an award of an additional sum of money, or a percentage increase in the sum ordered to be paid to him, because of the respondent’s delay in complying with section 1 of the Employment Rights Act 1996. The request is refused on the ground that the tribunal has no jurisdiction to make such an award, or to increase the sum ordered to paid.[4]The tribunal has no jurisdiction to award the claimant interest on the sum awarded to him.
