[1]Mr Johnson has failed to attend the Preliminary Hearing listed today at 10.00am. No explanation has been provided or request to postpone received by the Tribunal.[2]Mr Johnson has not communicated with the Tribunal or the respondent since 25th October 2022 and he has not responded to several communications from the respondent since that date, most recently, the respondent’s request that he agree or amend the case management agenda on 15th March 2023.[3]Practicable enquiries having been made and no explanation for Mr Johnson’s non attendance being evident, I am exercising my power pursuant to Rule 47 ET(C&RP) Regs 2013. The claim is dismissed due to Mr Johnson’s failure to attend today’s hearing. The hearing fixed for 24th – 26th June 2024 will not take place.
