Employment Tribunals Rules of Procedure 2013 – Rule 21[1]The respondent has made an unauthorised deduction from the claimant's wages and is ordered to pay the claimant the following:a. The gross sum of £1874.70 in respect of his pay for February 2020.b. the gross sum of £58.15 in respect of statutory sick payc. the gross sum of £3255.00 in respect of commissiond. the gross sum of £556.97 in respect of contributions deducted.[5]The respondent has failed to pay the claimant’s holiday entitlement and is ordered to pay the claimant the gross sum of £1407.65.[6]The claimant was dismissed in breach of contract in respect of notice and the respondent is ordered to pay damages to the claimant in the sum of £1559.13 net.[7]The respondent has breached the claimant’s contract of employment by not paying him three days pay in August 2019 and is ordered to pay to the claimant damages in the sum of £237.00 net.
