JUDGMENT

Upon hearing from the claimant and from Counsel for the respondent, the judgment of the Tribunal is that: -[1]the claimant's complaint of harassment is struck out because it was presented out of time, in circumstances whereby it would not be just and equitable to extend time;[2]the claimant’s complaints of unauthorised deductions from wages in respect of holiday pay, company shares and an alleged failure to pay Income Benefit Protection are struck out;[3]the claimant’s remaining complaint of a failure to make reasonable adjustments shall proceed to a hearing, the date(s) of which shall be notified in due course.
