[1.1]The claim form as presented by the claimant has a substantial defect contrary to Rule 12(1)(c) of the Employment Tribunals’ Rules of Procedure, in that it does not contain an early conciliation number;[1.2]The claim form has a further substantial defect contrary to Rule 12(1)(d), in that it contains confirmation that one of the early conciliation exemptions applies, and an early conciliation exemption does not apply; and[1.3]In accordance with Rule 12(2), the claim must be rejected and in accordance with Rule 12(3), the claim form shall be returned to the claimant together with a notice of rejection and how the claimant can apply for reconsideration of the rejection.
