JUDGMENT

The judgment of the Tribunal is:(1) The correct name of the respondent is Bulldog International Transport Ltd.(2) The claimant was wrongfully dismissed and is entitled to damages for breach of contract and the respondent is ordered to pay to the claimant unpaid statutory notice pay in the sum of £431.00 net (1 week @ £431 net).(3) The claimant’s claim for unpaid accrued holidays brought under the Working Time Regulations 1998 is well founded and the respondent is ordered to pay to the claimant the sum of accrued unpaid holiday £516.12 (6 days @ £431 net per week).(4) The claimant suffered an unlawful deduction of wages and the respondent is ordered to pay the claimant unpaid wages from 1 September to 1 November 2018 in the sum of £3440.00 net (2 months@ £1720 per month). 11.4.19
