JUDGMENT

[1]The claimant’s claim for unpaid wages FAILS. She was paid in full for her hours worked in November and December 2019.[2]The claimant’s claim for breach of contract; she claimed a week’s notice pay, FAILS. She did not give notice but resigned making it clear she would not return to work.[3]The claimant’s claim for outstanding holiday pay on termination of employment and unauthorised deduction from wages SUCCEEDS. The respondent deducted more than it was entitled to deduct by way of annual leave. The respondent is ordered to pay £ 76.50 to the claimant. The £76.50 is made up of 8.5 hours at her rate of pay of £ 9.00 (8.5 x 9 = £76.50)
