Mrs A Leadbetter v Emcor UK: 2401733/2019

EMPLOYMENT TRIBUNALS
Case No 2401733/2019
Mrs A LeadbetterClaimantEmcor UKRespondent
Regional Employment Judge ParkinNot represented for claimantNot represented for respondentDate 24 May 2019

JUDGMENT

The judgment of the Tribunal is that the claim is dismissed under Rule 47 of the Employment Tribunals Rules of Procedure 2013.

REASONS

The claimant claimed outstanding expenses and no response was presented by the respondent. The Judge directed that a Rule 21 judgment was not appropriate since the claimant had referred to a settlement by conciliation including this matter and the claimant’s employer did not appear to have been fully named. The claimant did not attend the hearing and applying Rule 47, having considered the file of proceedings, the Judge dismissed her claim.
