JUDGMENT
[1]Leave is granted to amend the name of the respondent to TMS (Stratosphere) Limited.[2]By consent the respondent will pay the sum of £1,430 to the claimant in full and final settlement of her claims to the Employment Tribunal arising out of her employment with the respondent. The sum of £1,430 will be paid to the claimant by midnight on 5 June 2017, and the claim is stayed until that time. If the payment is not received by the claimant by that time she has leave to resume her claim in the Employment Tribunal.[3]If the sums are paid to the claimant by the time and date specified in paragraph 2 of this judgment her claim will be dismissed on withdrawal, her consent having been given to this course of action.
