Employment Tribunals Rules of Procedure 2013 – Rule 21[1]The respondent made an unauthorised deduction from the claimant's wages and is ordered to pay the claimant the sum of £1,120.00, subject to such deductions as it is required to make for tax and national insurance.[2]The claimant is entitled to a redundancy payment of £2,736.00.[3]The respondent made an unlawful deduction from the claimant’s holiday pay and is ordered to pay the claimant the sum of £608.00, subject to such deductions as it is required to make for tax and national insurance.[4]The respondent breached the claimant’s contract by failing to give sufficient notice of termination and is ordered to pay damages of £974.85 (calculated net). The hearing on 25 April 2019 will not take place.
