[1]By an order sent to the parties on 17 November 2022, the Tribunal gave the claimant an opportunity to make representations or to request a hearing, as to why the claim should not be struck out because the claimant had completed less than two years’ service with the respondent and is not entitled to bring a complaint of “ordinary” unfair dismissal and is not bringing any other complaint within the jurisdiction of the Tribunal.[2]The claimant has failed to make representations in writing why this should not be done or to request a hearing. The claim is therefore struck out.
