JUDGMENT

[1]The claims for breach of contract and outstanding holiday pay were presented out of time.[2]It was reasonably practicable to present the claim in time.[3]The Tribunal has no jurisdiction to hear the complaints of unlawful deductions from wages and breach of contract which complaints are hereby dismissed.[4]The Tribunal has jurisdiction to hear the claim for a redundancy payment.[5]It is appropriate to make a rule 21 judgment for that part of the claim.[1]The claimant was dismissed by reason of redundancy and is entitled to a redundancy payment of £6,480.00.[2]The respondent is ordered to pay costs to the claimant under rule 75(1)(b) in the sum of £160.00 in respect of the issue fee paid by the claimant in these proceedings
